Recurring invoices are scheduled based on your start date, Engagements are invoiced Monthly, Bi-Monthly,
or Quarterly.

Invoice is due within 5 business days of billing date.

No pro-rated time is offered.

Pause your service engagement at any time, restart when you have a new project to begin,
billing will adjust to coincide with restart date.
‍
Upgrade / Shift Tiers after current project is complete, pro-rated balance will roll to your new
engagement cost.
‍
No refunds of balances are allowed.
‍
To discontinue service please let us know, and your next invoice will be cancelled.
